INGREDIENTS
1 jar WORLDFOODS Thai Ginger Chili Stir-fry Sauce
250g Prawns, shelled and deveined
20g Sweet Basil Leaves
5 leaves Kaffir Lime Leaf, coarsely ripped
5 clusters Fresh green peppercorns
20g Chillies, diagonally sliced
4 stems Galangal, julienned
PREPARATION
Heat WORLDFOODS Thai Ginger Chili Stir-fry Sauce in the saucepan.
Add in prawn and stirring until it cooked. Follow by other ingredients, stirring occasionally till sauce thickens.
Serve with Thai Jasmine rice
