Grilled Swordfish with Pineapple Chutney

INGREDIENTS
500g (1.1lb) swordfish fillet
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp lemon juice
Dash of pepper
WORLDFOODS Indian Pineapple Chutney
PREPARATION
Season both sides of fish fillet with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Melt butter in grill pan and cook fish for 4-5 minutes for each side or until cooked.
Serve with WORLDFOODS Indian Pineapple Chutney.
