Grilled Swordfish with Pineapple Chutney

- 500g (1.1lb) swordfish fillet
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Dash of pepper
- WORLDFOODS Indian Pineapple Chutney
- Season both sides of fish fillet with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Melt butter in grill pan and cook fish for 4-5 minutes for each side or until cooked.
- Serve with WORLDFOODS Indian Pineapple Chutney.
