INGREDIENTS
1 jar (350g) WORLDFOODS THAI GINGER LEMON GRASS STIR-FRY SAUCE
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
350g (12.5oz) Boneless Chicken, sliced
Garnishing:
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, chopped
2 tbsp Fried Shallots
PREPARATION
Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the chicken for 4 - 5 minutes and browned on all sides.
Add the stir-fry sauce and stir-fry over moderate heat for 4 - 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Before serving, garnish with the coriander leaves and fried shallots.
