  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 350g (12.5oz) Boneless Chicken, sliced
Garnishing:
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fried Shallots

    PREPARATION

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the chicken for 4 - 5 minutes and browned on all sides.
  2. Add the stir-fry sauce and stir-fry over moderate heat for 4 - 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
  3. Before serving, garnish with the coriander leaves and fried shallots.
