    INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 tsp WORLDFOODS THAI GREEN CURRY PASTE
  2. 1 piece Lebanese flat bread
  3. 1 tsp yoghurt (use soy yoghurt if desired)
  4. 30g (1 oz) Broccoli, cut into small florets, blanched slightly
  5. Mushroom slices (as much as desired)
  6. Cheese (use vegan versions if desired)
  7. Olive oil

    PREPARATION

  1. Brush lebanese bread lightly with a little olive oil.
  2. Mix yogurt and curry paste together and spread over lebanese bread.
  3. Arrange broccoli and mushroom slices around pizza.
  4. Sprinkle cheese generously over pizza.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
