    INGREDIENTS

  • 300g (10.7oz) beef fillets, sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 red capsicum, diced
  • 1 packet of curry paste

    PREPARATION

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the beef slices for 1 minute.
  2. Add in curry paste and some water and toss for 2-3 minutes until beef is cooked.
  3. Garnish with diced red capsicum and onions.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles.
