- 300g (10.7oz) beef fillets, sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 red capsicum, diced
- 1 packet of curry paste
- Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the beef slices for 1 minute.
- Add in curry paste and some water and toss for 2-3 minutes until beef is cooked.
- Garnish with diced red capsicum and onions.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
