Cinnamon Pineapple Macadamia Rolls

- 1 piece puff pastry
- 1 jar of Worldfoods Sih-nuh-muhn Pina
- 50 g macademia nuts, chopped and toasted
- Some sugar
- Egg wash
- Preheat the oven at 190C.
- Roll out the puff pastry. Spread over the Worldfoods Sih-nuh-muhn Pina Toppings.
- Sprinkle some sugar and toasted macadamia nuts.
- Roll over the puff pastry and cut into 6 pieces. Brush the top with some egg wash.
- Arrange in a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes until the puff pastry turns golden brown.
