INGREDIENTS
4 fish steaks (approx. 150g each), use mackerel, haddock or sea bream
100g (3.5oz) spinach leaves
2 tbsp oil
1 jar WORLDFOODS Thai Coconut Galangal 'Tom Kha' Stir-fry Sauce
PREPARATION
Marinate fish steaks with 1/2 jar of WORLDFOODS Thai Coconut Galangal 'Tom Kha' Stir-fry Sauce in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil and pan-fry fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until fish flakes easily. Remove onto a plate
Heat remaining 1/2 jar of WORLDFOODS Thai Coconut Galangal 'Tom Kha' Stir-fry Sauce. Add spinach leaves and heat until just wilted.
Divide spinach onto 4 plates. Place fish steak onto spinach and spoon remaining sauce over fish.
