- In a large saucepan, heat half the olive oil and brown the beef. Dish out and set aside.
- Heat the remaining olive oil and sweat the onion until translucent. Stir in the WORLDFOODS Vietnamese Five Spice Bo Kho Stir Fry Sauce , add the beef and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Remove and ladle over the cooked pasta; garnish with coriander or Thai basil.
You can substitute minced beef with other types of meat but the Bo Kho traditionally uses beef.
