    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 jar WORLDFOODS THAI GREEN CURRY SAUCE
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 500g (1.1lb) prawns, shelled leaving tails on
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce (optional)
  • 140g (5oz) angel hair pasta
Garnishing:
  • Coriander leaves (Cilantro)
  • Lime wedges

    PREPARATION

  1. Heat oil in a wok or saucepan and stir-fry onions until soft.
  2. Add in WORLDFOODS THAI GREEN CURRY SAUCE and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in tomatoes and fish sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add in prawns and cook until it turns opaque, stirring occasionally.
  5. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain.
  6. Divide pasta into 2 bowls and top with prawns and curry sauce.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
