    INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 small bunch of watercress
  • 2 tbsp oil
Onion Chutney:
  • 1 big onion Onions Big
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 2 Red Chillies(dry)
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 1 small piece of dry tamarind
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

    PREPARATION

Onion Chutney:
  1. In a pan heat the olive oil, add urad dal and chillies and stir fry for a minute. Add in onions and salt. Then fry all ingredients until it's all mixed well. Then, let the mixture cool completely. Finally add tamarind, brown sugar & grind it to a fine paste.
  2. Separately, season chicken with salt and pepper and allow to marinate at least an hour.
  3. Heat grilling pan with 2 tbsp of oil and cook the chicken slowly and gently for 10 minutes each for both sides or until browned.
  4. Serve with watercress and onion chutney.
