    INGREDIENTS

  • 300g (10.7oz) squid, cleaned and cut into 1" rings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 cups mixed fresh greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red/green capsicum, sliced

    PREPARATION

  1. Heat grill to high.
  2. Toss squid with olive oil and light soy sauce.
  3. Lower heat to medium, grill the squid for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side until it turns opaque. Remove onto a plate.
  4. Arrange mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes and capsicum slices onto plates. Top with grilled squid.
  5. Drizzle a little of the WORLDFOODS Thai Chilli Garlic Salad Dressing over each plate. Serve immediately.
