    INGREDIENTS

  • 425 g white bread flour, divided into 2 batches as follows:
  • 225 g & 200 g
  • plus some extra for dusting
  • 20 g granulated sugar
  • 7 g instant yeast
  • 1 jar WorldFoods Indian Tikka Masala Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 120 ml full-fat milk
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 5 g salt
  • 150 g Swiss (Emmenthal) cheese, grated

    PREPARATION

  1. In a big mixing bowl, stir together the first batch of white bread flour - 225 g with the sugar and yeast.
  2. In a microwave-safe container, stir together the wet ingredients: the WorldFoods Indian Tikka Masala Stir-Fry Sauce, the milk and vegetable oil. Warm the wet ingredients in a microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until they are completely incorporated and become sponge-like texture. Cover with plastic wrap and allow it to rise for 3 hours in a warm place.
  4. After 3 hours, unwrap the sponge. Stir together the 200 g white bread flour and the salt. Then pour the into the sponge and stir to combine.
  5. Dust working surface with some flour, start kneading the dough until it comes together.
  6. Knead for 10-12 minutes until it forms a firm ball.
  7. Put back the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  8. After 1 hour, knock out the air from the dough and knead briefly.
  9. Roll out until it becomes a flat rectangular shape.
  10. Sprinkle the Swiss Cheese then roll. Divide into 6 pieces.
  11. Shape the bread, tuck in the end in the bottom and press it down.
  12. Place on a baking tray and let it rise for another 1 hour. Cover with a clean towel.
  13. After 1 hour, brush the bread with some egg wash, sprinkle more Swiss Cheese on top. Now it’s ready to bake.
  14. Bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven at 180 C until all cheese are melted.
