    INGREDIENTS

  • 250g (8.9oz) chicken, cut into chunks
  • 1 potato, cut into chunks
  • 1 carrot, cut into chunks
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 3 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 jar WORLDFOODS THAI MASAMAN CURRY SAUCE

    PREPARATION

  1. Boil potatoes and carrots in a pot of boiling water for 3-5 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Saute onions until fragrant. Add Masaman curry ingredients and bring to simmer. Add chicken and pan-fry until browned.
  3. Add in masaman curry sauce, potatoes and carrots. Allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Garnish with cashew nuts.
  5. Serve with rice or crusty bread.
