    PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven grill at 200˚C. Thread the beef through the bamboo skewers.
  2. Marinate with Passion Pina, ginger juice, oil, salt and pepper for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Coat with sesame seeds.
  4. Grease the grill well and grill satay for 5 minutes on both sides or until browned.
