Passion Pina Semifreddo – Chef Phol

- 3 Eggs
- 2 Egg yolks
- 150g Sugar
- 2 cups Cream
- 1 jar WORLDFOODS Passion Pina Toppings
- Combine all eggs and sugar in a bowl. Beat the mixture over simmering water until light and fluffy.
- *Don't allow the bottom of the bowl touch the water, or the eggs may scramble.
- Pour Passion Pina Toppings into mixture.
- Whipped the cream and fold into the mixture. Freeze and than serve on ice cream cone.
