  • 1kg (2.2lb) pork ribs
  • 4 potatoes, sliced thickly
  • A pinch of salt
  • Oil for pan-frying
  • 1 bottle WORLDFOODS Chinese Chilli Tomato BBQ Marinade

    PREPARATION

  1. Marinate pork ribs with WORLDFOODS Chinese Chilli Tomato BBQ Marinade for at least 30 minutes.Pat potatoes dry with paper towel.
  2. Sprinkle with a little salt and pan-fry potatoes until crisp and golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Place ribs on a preheated grill and cook for 10-15 minutes on each side until slightly charred. Baste with a little oil to keep meat moist. Brush remaining marinade on ribs while cooking. Serve hot over potato crusts.
