- 500g (1 1/2 ounces) salad potatoes
- 1 (16 ounces) cucumber
- WORLDFOODS CAMBODIAN CHILLI LIME SALAD DRESSING
- Boil potatoes (leaving skins on if desired) for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Cool and cut into half or quarters.
- Dice the cucumber and sprinkle over the potatoes.
- Pour in desired amount WORLDFOODS Cambodian Chilli Lime Salad Dressing and toss gently.
