    INGREDIENTS

  • 4 wholewheat pitas
  • 1 chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat shredded
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 handful cilantro, chopped
  • 1 red chili sliced
  • 1/2 Bottle of WORLDFOODS Thai Turmeric Lemongrass Marinade

    PREPARATION

  1.  Toss the cubed chicken breasts with 2 tbs of the marinade and set aside for 15mins.
  2. Once marinated cook in the oven at 170°C for about 15mins until cooked through.
  3. To assemble the pizza spread remaining marinade on the 4 pita breads.
  4. Top with the cooked chicken, onion, chili, cilantro and cheese and bake in the oven for 10mins or until the cheese is melted and the crust starts to brown.
