- 150ml (5 fl.oz) WORLDFOODS THAI SWEET PINEAPPLE CHILLI DIPPING SAUCE
- 150g (5.3oz) boneless chicken, cut into strips
- 1 small red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 3 spring onions, cut into 2 length
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Heat cooking oil in a large saucepan, add in chicken and fry for 4 Š—– 5 minutes or until cooked.
- Add in chilli sauce, pepper and spring onion, toss for a further 3 minutes.
- Serve with Jasmine rice or rice noodles.
