    INGREDIENTS

  • 4 white fish fillets (cod, haddock or monkfish), approximately 150g (5.3oz) each
  • Oil for basting
  • Lime wedges (optional)
Garnishing:
  • 1 pc Fresh Chilli, cut into long strip
  • 1 tsp Coconut Milk, boiled with 1 tsp rice flour

    PREPARATION

  1. Marinate fish fillets with WORLDFOODS Indian Tandoori Marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Place on preheated grill or barbeque for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown. Baste with a little oil to keep fish moist. Brush remaining marinade on fish while cooking.
  3. Serve hot with rice or bread and a green salad on the side. Add lime for extra zest.

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
