    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 piece Lebanese flat bread
  • 2 tsp yoghurt (use soy yoghurt if desired)
  • 4 tsp WORLDFOODS THAI GREEN CURRY PASTE
  • 80g (2.8 oz) minced chicken (or beef)
  • 15g (0.5 oz) onions, minced
  • Capsicum slices (as much as desired)
  • Jalapeno rings (as much as desired)
  • Onion rings (as much as desired)
  • Cheese (use vegan versions if desired)
  • Olive oil

    PREPARATION

  1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a wok or frying pan and saute onions until soft. Add 2 tsp of WORLDFOODS THAI GREEN CURRY PASTE and minced meat and cook until browned.
  2. Brush lebanese bread lightly with a little olive oil.
  3. Mix yogurt and remaining WORLDFOODS Thai Green Curry Paste together and spread over lebanese bread.
  4. Spread minced meat mixture around pizza and arrange capsicum, onions and jalapeno around pizza.
  5. Sprinkle cheese generously over pizza.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
