INGREDIENTS
Ingredients A
300gm tenggiri fish fillet, cubed
2pcs kaffir lime, sliced thin
2 eggs
1tsp fish sauce
1/2tsp white pepper powder
Ingredients B
30gm long beans, cubed
WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce
PREPARATION
Combine Ingredients A in a food processor and blend well (until well combined)
Add long beans and refrigerate for 1/2 hour
Shape mixture into patties
Fill pan with oil and heat over medium fire
Fry fish cakes (patties) until golden brown (turning once)
Serve with dipping sauce
