  • 300gm tenggiri fish fillet, cubed
  • 2pcs kaffir lime, sliced thin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tsp fish sauce
  • 1/2tsp white pepper powder
Ingredients B
  • 30gm long beans, cubed
  • WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce

    PREPARATION

  1. Combine Ingredients A in a food processor and blend well (until well combined)
  2. Add long beans and refrigerate for 1/2 hour
  3. Shape mixture into patties
  4. Fill pan with oil and heat over medium fire
  5. Fry fish cakes (patties) until golden brown (turning once)
  6. Serve with dipping sauce
