    INGREDIENTS

For the mashed potato topping
  • 8 medium-size potatoes
  • 1 cup (200ml) hot milk
  • 50g (2 oz) butter, softened
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the meat sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium-size onion, chopped
  • 400g (14oz) minced meat or shredded leftover meat
  • 1 jar WORLDFOODS Indian Tikka Masala Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 100g (3.5oz) cheese, grated

    PREPARATION

  1. To prepare mashed potatoes
  2. Boil or steam potatoes with the skin until tender. While the potatoes are still hot, peel and mash them, adding in the hot milk and butter to get the desired consistency. Season to taste.
  3. To prepare the meat sauce
  4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and cook the onions over medium heat until golden brown.
  5. Add the meat and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the WORLDFOODS Indian Tikka Masala Stir-Fry Sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Finishing
  7. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Pour the meat sauce into an oven-proof dish. Cover with the mashed potatoes and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake until top is golden brown.
