- Blanch potatoes and carrots in a pot of boiling water until just tender. Drain.
- Pour in a whole jar of WORLDFOODS Malaysian Vegetable Curry Sauce and bring to a boil.
- Throw in all other ingredients and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
If a more diluted sauce is preferred, reduce cooking time by blanching vegetables first.
