    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 1 cup, minced beef
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 jar WORLDFOODS Malaysian Rendang Curry Cooking Sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten, for egg wash
  • Frying oil for deep frying

    PREPARATION

  1. Heat up pan with a bit of oil, add minced beef, then carrot and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add WORLDFOODS Malaysian Rendang Curry Cooking Sauce and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. After minced beef has cooled down, scoop 1 tbsp into 1 slice of bread then pinch the edges to seal or use a bread cutter.
  4. Dip into egg wash.
  5. Deep fry until golden brown.
