To make Shortcrust pastry: (you can get ready frozen shortcrust pastry from the supermarket) Mix butter, shortening, flour, sugar, salt and cold water in the food processor until all combined. Roll the dough 3mm thick, and cut into 5 pieces (5 inches each)
Filling: Mix Sih-nuh-muhn Pina Toppings with almond meal, blueberries. Place the filling onto the pastry and seal them. Preheat oven at 200˚C.
Brush with eggwash and bake at 200˚C for 25 minutes.
