    INGREDIENTS

  • 350g boneless duck breast, skinless, cut cubes
  • 1/4 cup WORLDFOODS Malaysian rendang paste
  • 1 tsp WORLDFOODS tamarind paste + 1 tbsp water
  • 6 shallot, slice
  • 2 garlic, chopped
  • few sprigs curry leaves
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

    PREPARATION

  1. Season duck with salt, pepper and tamarind mixture.
  2. In a big pot, saute shallot, curry leaves until fragrant.
  3. Add the duck and fry for a few minutes. Then add WORLDFOODS Malaysian rendang paste.
  4. Stir it. Then add the coconut milk and water.
  5. Cook it low heat (simmer) for 45 minutes to an hour until the sauce is thickened. Stir once in a while.
  6. Adjust the taste. When the duck is tender, it is ready.
