- 500g boneless & skinless white fish, cubed
- 4-5 pcs of banana leaf, 20 X 20cm, blanched in hot water.
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, thinly chopped
- 2 bird eye chilli, thinly sliced (optional -for extra heat)
- 1 tsp fresh calamansi juice
- 2 tbsps WORLDFOODS Thai Yellow Curry Paste
- Some cooking oil
