    INGREDIENTS

  • 500g (1.1lb) swordfish fillet
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Dash of pepper
  • WORLDFOODS Indian Pineapple Chutney

    PREPARATION

  1. Season both sides of fish fillet with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Melt butter in grill pan and cook fish for 4-5 minutes for each side or until cooked.
  3. Serve with WORLDFOODS Indian Pineapple Chutney.
