    INGREDIENTS

  • 200g corn in kernel
  • 150g roasted cashew nuts
  • 2 (200g) stalk of celery - cut to thin slices
  • 2 tbsp WORLDFOODS Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 1 clove garlic-chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (optional)

    PREPARATION

  1. Heat the pan over medium high heat; add the oil, then the chopped garlic, cooked till golden brown.
  2. Add in WORLDFOODSThai Red Curry paste stirring vigorously, until fragrant, about one minutes.
  3. Add in celery and corn, stir fry for another 2 minutes follow by cashew nuts.
  4. Add in fish sauce and stir-fry for another 1 minute.
  5. Serve with rice.
