    INGREDIENTS

Sauce:
  • 500g (1.1lb) pork tenderloin strips
  • 200g (7.1oz) mangetout, halved
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup WORLDFOODS CHINESE SWEET PLUM DIPPING SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup water

    PREPARATION

  1. Marinate pork with garlic, cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Stir-fry pork until browned.
  3. Add WORLDFOODS CHINESE SWEET PLUM DIPPING SAUCE, water and mangetout and toss gently until sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Serve hot with rice.
