    INGREDIENTS

  • 300g prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 250g calamari, cut into rings
  • 3 tbsp of WORLDFOODS Thai Chili Kaffir Lime Paste
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced thinly
  • 3 tbsp of coconut milk
  • 2 Kaffir lime leaves, shredded finely (for garnishing)

    PREPARATION

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry garlic until golden.
  2. Add in WORLDFOODS Thai Chili Kaffir Lime Paste and cook for 3 minutes until aromatic.
  3. Add in prawns and squid and cook for 2 minutes or until prawns are almost cook.
  4. Stir in celery followed by coconut milk. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with Kaffir lime leaves.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
