    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle WORLDFOODS Indian Tandoori Marinade
  • 6 lamb chops, approximately 150g (5.3oz) each
  • 3 tbsp oil or 30g (1oz) butter
  • Lime wedges (optional)

    PREPARATION

  1. Trim off excess fat and marinate lamb chops with WORLDFOODS Indian Tandoori Marinade for approximately 1 hour or more.
  2. Heat oil or butter in a frying pan and cook lamb chops over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until just tender. Serve hot with lime wedges.
