    INGREDIENTS

  • 2 chicken breasts, skin removed
  • WORLDFOODS Thai Turmeric Lemon Grass Marinade
  • 7 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp WORLDFOODS Thai Green Curry Paste
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, shredded
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves (cilantro), chopped
  • 4 tbsp chopped peanuts

    PREPARATION

  1. Marinate chicken breast with WORLDFOODS Thai Turmeric Lemon Grass Marinade for at least 30 minutes
  2. Pan-fry or grill chicken breast until tender. Cool and cut into strips
  3. Mix mayonnaise with WORLDFOODS Thai Green Curry Paste in a small bowl
  4. To assemble wrap, spread mayonnaise mix over tortilla and layer with chicken strips. Top with shredded vegetables, chopped peanuts and cilantro
  5. Fold two opposite sides of tortilla over filling. Roll up open end of tortilla toward opposite edge, enclosing filling completely. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  6. Cut each wrap in half diagonally.
