    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar (340g) WORLDFOODS THAI YELLOW CURRY SAUCE
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 340g (12.1oz) Rump Steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tomatoes, wedges
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Peanuts

    PREPARATION

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. Add the curry sauce and simmer over low to moderate heat for 10 - 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add tomatoes and let simmer for a further 3 minutes.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with peanuts.
