  • 400ml (13.5 fl.oz) water
  • 200g (7.1oz) large prawns
  • 100g (3.5oz) straw mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Fish sauce (optional)

    PREPARATION

  1. Pour in a whole jar of WORLDFOODS THAI GALANGAL LEMON GRASS STIR-FRY SAUCE into a pot and add water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add in all other ingredients and simmer for 4-5 minutes until the prawns are cooked.
  3. Add more lime juice or a dash of fish sauce if desired.
