INGREDIENTS
4 cups watermelon, cut into cubes
2 cups turnip (or jicama), cut into thin strips
2 cups cucumber, cut into half moon slices
WORLDFOODS Thai Basil Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Mint leaves, chopped (optional)
PREPARATION
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Add WORLDFOODS Thai Basil Vinaigrette Salad Dressing and toss salad.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
